Annual conference biggest and brightest yet – will you be there next year
Last week was the Access4Lofts franchise’s annual conference. It was a great chance for everyone to catch up with old friends, and also properly welcome all the new faces who have joined since the last meet-up – and there were quite a few.
This year, the conference welcomed 60+ franchisees, and some of their staff and partners, plus 10 new franchisees who had joined in the last year and were enjoying the event for the first time. Held in the stunning Woodland Grange in Leamington Spa, it was an excellent opportunity for the Access4Lofts team to spoil their franchisees and for the franchisees themselves to kick back, relax, and get to know each other a bit better.
Of course, events like this are more than just an excuse for a party.
Access4Lofts franchisees may very much be their own bosses, but being part of a wider community of like-minded business owners is one of the biggest advantages of joining a large, established brand like this.
The conference is a chance for everyone to share ideas and best practice, and even work together to overcome challenges. It is this kind of collaborative problem solving which really sets Access4Lofts apart, not just as a brand, but as a franchise too.
While there was plenty of time for free form discussion, there were also a number of scheduled speakers on the day, including experts from the head office team, marketing and sales specialists, and a talk from two of franchise’s key suppliers, Wickes and Worldpay. They talked about what they could offer franchisees in terms of services and products at a discounted rate negotiated by Access4Lofts on behalf of their franchisees.

An evening awards ceremony also singled out franchisees who had performed exceptionally well over the last year with some truly staggering sales stats. Here are the network’s top performers sales figures:

- Peterborough – £42,509.44
- Chelmsford – £42,402.79
- St Austell – £41,611.14
- Blackpool – £40,786.30
- Bromley – £40,693.00
These aren’t annually – this is per month! And from just a single territory! Most financial projections for new franchisees estimate monthly sales of around £12k per territory, which is still excellent, but these stunning results really show just how much can be achieved!
