Gaps in our coverage which desperately need filling!

It’s been another great start to the year for the Access4Lofts franchise. Just check out the map above of where we have already carried out work.

This isn’t a map of all the jobs in a year…this is just since the start of 2025!

In January and February alone, we have already seen:

• 2540 loft transformations in nearly 100 different territories
• An average of 19 jobs per month, per franchisee
• A 15% year on year rise compared to Jan and Feb 2024
• Many franchisees booked up solid for the next 3 months

It’s clear that demand for the work Access4Lofts franchisees can carry out is on the rise again – January and February were our busiest months on record – and shows no sign of slowing. Our very first territory in Preston has been open for 8 years now, and business is still flooding in as it holds it’s place as our 2nd top performing location. The no. 1 spot is held by Guildford, who have been at it for more than 6 years now.

However, there is one big thing you might notice about this map: all the gaps!

Among all those lovely blue markers where work has been carried out are some distinct areas of green. Those are all places where there is still an opportunity to open a great business. These aren’t isolated locations – these are all well-connected areas of mainland Britain with 10s of 1000s of potential customers, and we already receive 100s of enquires every year from areas we simply don’t cover yet.

These are prime locations….it’s just that the right person hasn’t come forward to take them on yet. Could that be you?

Our next training and onboarding session is in May, which will be the last one before September, so if you’re interested in launching a new business before the autumn, you need to act fast.

As you’re probably aware, these events are about so much more than just training you for you role as a new Access4Lofts business owner. You’ll also receive your new branded van, packed full of equipment, and a good number of pre-qualified leads to get you started. Most new Access4Lofts franchisees leave the training on Friday with appointments already scheduled for Monday!

However, that does mean we need to start putting in the groundwork for your marketing and business launch at least one month ahead to offer you the same advantages as all other Access4Lofts franchisees. So, if you do want to join the May training session, the deadline is the end of March.
