Access4Lofts loft storage franchise has acquired a new head office in Plymouth for its franchisee training, which includes a ladder distribution depot.
The franchise took possession of the keys to their new premises at Easter and since then have been busy setting up the 1,316 sq ft dedicated training centre in readiness for their next training course, which starts on 17th June 2019.
Access4Lofts has been shortlisted for the Emerging Franchisor of the Year Award at the bfa HSBC Franchise Awards, to be held at the Vox, Birmingham, on June 27.
As with all the best ideas, the Access4Lofts business concept is a simple one. They install loft hatches, loft ladders, boarding, lighting and insulation so that customers can utilise their loft space for storage, without the vast expense of a loft conversion.
It’s always a compliment to have someone invest in our franchise because they have heard such great things about us, but to have one of our existing franchisees recommend us to his own father has to be one of the best compliments ever!
Paul had watched his son Josh become more and more successful with Access4Lofts (Josh owns the Blackpool territory and recently purchased the additional area of Liverpool North) and was inspired to look into the opportunity himself.
Access4Lofts has quickly become the biggest and fastest growing loft ladder franchise in the country. This year alone has seen 10 new franchisees join the business with 3 more booked onto the January training course. “An additional training course has been added into March to cope with the demand” explains Lindsay Brown, Co Owner who runs the training course from Access4Lofts’ training facility in Dudley.
Father Christmas paid a surprise visit to our stand at the recent Franchise Exhibition at the NEC. He was one of hundreds of visitors to our stand during the two day show.
“It was great to see how many interested people came to talk to us over the two days” said Tim Brown, Co Owner of Access4Lofts Franchise.
Loft storage franchise Access4Lofts are continuing to grow their franchise network.
Last month saw two new franchisees attend their week long training on site at Access4Loft’s dedicated training centre in Dudley, Birmingham. Paul Norgate who left his corporate career in favour of running his own business has invested in the Peterborough territory and Dan Birkby, who previously worked part time for Access4Lofts Preston, now owns Access4Lofts Wigan.
We’re back at the National Franchise Exhibition at the Birmingham NEC on 5th-6th October 2018 & you can get a FREE ticket to come and pay us a visit!
Back in February, we used the National Franchise Exhibition in Birmingham as a launchpad for our new and improved loft storage franchise opportunity. It was such a success that we’re back again this October!
“we created a bit of a stir at the franchise exhibition earlier this year. People visiting the exhibition were so impressed with our business concept and, as a result we grown our franchise network considerably and, we’re also pleased to say that we are now one of only a handful of franchises to be accredited by the Which? Trusted Trader Scheme across the whole network” says husband and wife team Tim & Lindsay Brown.
